Johnson was a part of The Mummy Returns (2002) and Tooth Fairy (2010). A few of his later films were HBO Series Ballers. Additionally Johnson was a prominent character in the Fast & Furious series and Jumanji. Additionally he was the voice of Maui in Disney film Moana. The only thing we can say is that we're thankful for a star like The Rock. Dwayne Johnson. Although he was born to wrestlers in his family, he made his name through the sports. Johnson was born 2 May 1972 in the city of Hayward in California. Johnson is the son of the professional wrestling star Rocky Johnson and his mother Ata. Peter Maivia - his maternal grandpa became a prominent professional during the 1960s and 1970s. He was known as the High Chief. Johnson was a big part of his childhood traveling with his parents, and watching his father wrestle in the ring. Johnson was a football player throughout the years of high school and later was granted a full scholarship to The University of Miami where he excelled. That same year Johnson graduated with a Bachelor in General Studies in physiology and the field of criminology.
